All orders must be paid for prior to processing. If your company needs to pay by check or ACH, there is a payment option for &#8220;Check \/ Money Order&#8221; that you can select during checkout. Once payment is received, the order will be processed. Contact us for ACH details.<br><br><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you accept purchase orders?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>We accept purchase orders for over $500, BUT the PO must be paid for prior to us processing the order. We will put the purchase order through our website and contact you for a payment method.<br><br><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you offer free shipping?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>No, we do not offer free shipping. Most of the products we sell are big and \/ or heavy, so rather than build the shipping costs into the product price, we charge it as a separate line item. For orders over $40, the shipping price you are quoted is actually discounted to less than what we pay. This helps to alleviate the &#8220;sticker shock&#8221; of actual shipping costs.<br><br><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can you provide a quote for us?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>For orders over $500, we can do a formal quote if you provide the full ship-to and bill-to customer information.<br><br>All of our prices are published on our website, and there is a shipping estimator in our shopping cart.<br><br>Customers can actually create their own quotes by placing the order through our website and selecting &#8220;Check \/ Money Order&#8221; as the payment method. This will create an order that is pending payment, which is the same thing as a quote. We will not process the order unless we receive payment.<br><br><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much is shipping?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>To find the shipping cost for your order, add the products to the shopping cart, and click the &#8220;Estimate Shipping&#8221; button at the bottom left. A popup window will open where you can select your state and enter your zip code for a shipping estimate.
