Power Bright Aluminum Brightener, 55 Gallon Drum (06 AB) Clean, brighten, and strip stains from aluminum and fiberglass using this hydrofluoric acid. Aluminum Brightener is a concentrated blend of specifically selected acids and stable wetting agents. Apply to hard surfaces with microfiber cloth or scrubbing brush. Personal Protective Equipment is required. Hydrofluoric acid is a solution of hydrogen fluoride and water. Hydrogen fluoride is a colorless liquid that can be made by the action of sulphuric acid on calcium fluoride. It is an extremely corrosive fluorinating agent which attacks glass. Fluoride is a halogen and a good oxidizing agent, reacting with metal to create ionic halide salts. Aluminum Brightener is best used as a heavy-duty or restorative cleaner. Applications include industrial equipment, fan blades, fiberglass bleachers, and similar hard surfaces.
