1/4-1/2 oz./gallon of water
Directions
Use 1/4-1/2 ounce per gallon of dish water depending on soil load. Begin by running faucet with warm water. As water is flowing in, add enough detergent to get a good foam level. Begin by washing glasses, flatware and dishes and finish up with pots and pans. Rinse all wares and utensils thoroughly with fresh water.
