Dilution and Directions
In general, one part of LONG LIFE to 75 parts of water is a good starting point for conveyor chains. A higher dilution will perform satisfactory.
Some installations will perform well at a concentration of 1/4 gallon per
50 gallon. These are two general methods of use:
1. DIRECT FEED - LONG LIFE is injected directly into a pump feed system. An alternative method, instead of using a pump is to use a siphon injector.
2. DILUTION METHOD - A stock solution is made up using 1/4 gallon of water. This mixture is then pumped onto chain for lubrication.
