A low foam caustic cleaner particularly suited for operations that require minimum foam. It is an excellent circulation cleaner primarily used for the removal of proteinaceous soils from food processing equipment and for cleaning stainless steel smokehouses.

Directions
Application to inner walls, ducts and coil may need a stronger solution. Spray thoroughly to remove all oils and fats. A high pressure rinse of hot water will greatly assist in carrying away the soil. Strike may also be used to clean tile, brick or metal lined smokehouses. Dutch loaf ovens are cleaned similarly using procedure outlined above.
