Product Description
Our highest quality powdered chlorine bleach for most institutional and industrial laundry applications. Utilizes a controlled chlorine release system to safely and effectively remove stains and brighten fabrics. Ideally suited for white cottons and linens. Not recommended for colored fabrics. Contains optical brighteners for enhanced fabric appearance. Suitable for residential use. This bleach has a higher pH than others, which makes it more effective.
Active ingredients: Sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate 15-25% per SDS
Sodium metasilicate pentahydrate 5-10% per SDS
Directions for Use
Use approximately 1/4 cup (2 ounces) of this product per 35 lb. load in top loading machines. Increase the concentration to 1/2 cup (4 ounces) if fabric has a higher level of staining or discoloration. Add to wash water at second sudsing stage and run machine 10-15 minutes. For best results, pretreat stains and spots, use softened water, and follow manufacturer's label directions carefully. Do not apply directly to fabric. This product may be used as a presoak for badly stained white fabrics. To prepare a presoak solution, dilute 1-2 ounces per gallon of warm water (not hot). Soak for 15 minutes or longer, overnight if possible, then wash as usual.

Off-Label Usage Information:
The manufacturer of this product only recommends it for use in laundry. However, we frequently get asked about using this product for disinfecting. Through our own informal testing, a 350 ppm chlorine solution can be achieved by mixing .5 oz of Chlorine Dry Bleach in one gallon of hot water.
