High Strength Chlorinated Laundry Destainer
A powerful chlorine additive for institutional laundry and industrial cleaning and deodorizing. Eliminates stains and brightens white and colorfast cottons, linens, and other fabrics. Rapidly penetrates and removes a variety of organic and inorganic soils. No for use on silk, wool, mohair, leather, spandex (lycra), or non-colorfast fabrics. Also an excellent cleaner and deodorizer for food plants and other industrial applications.
Directions for Use
Institutional Laundry: Test product in an inconspicuous area to assure colorfastness before use. This product is designed for automatic dispensing through equipment installed and/or approved by your Service Representative. The Representative will review soil levels, water conditions, load size and other factors in determining the amount of this product to be used. Generally, to whiten and brighten colorfast cotton, linen, nylon, dacron, orlon, and rayon, use 1/4 to 1/2 cup per wash load in top loading machines, or 1/4 cup in front loading machines. Add to presoak, wash water or first rinse. Do not pour directly onto fabric. For removal of stubborn stains (grass, coffee, fruit, berry, etc.), mix 1-2 ounces to one quart of warm water in a glass container (not plastic). Immerse fabric for 5-10 minutes. Rinse completely. Repeat if necessary. Wash as usual.
Note: Like all chlorine products, this product degrades with age. Use a chlorine test kit and increase dosage as necessary to obtain the required level of available chlorine.
Industrial Use: This product may be used at full strength or diluted up to 10:1 for industrial cleaning and deodorizing food plants and other industrial areas. Preclean heavily soiled areas, then apply this product using a mop, sponge, pump-type sprayer or pressure washing equipment. Scrub areas to be cleaned with a deck brush, street broom or mop, then rinse completely with clean water. For pressure washing equipment or floor scrubbers, follow manufacturer's directions for use.
