Oxy Care utilizes an oxygenation cleaning process that is activated by water; warmer water is recommended. It is environmentally friendly and is safe on both colors and whites. Chlorine free. Oxy Care comes in concentrated powder form. This product is aproximately twice as concentrated as other oxygenating color safe bleaches. Concentrated formulas are an economical option for consumers because they are manufactured using fewer resources.
