Hydro Systems is pleased to introduce its new RapidFill unit, designed to quickly fill an auto scrubber using properly dosed water and cleaning solution. With RapidFill, users can easily dial in the exact dilution ratio that is required by turning the lower end of the water driven pump.

Large capacity auto scrubbers may range in size between 50 and 80 gallons (190 to 300 liters), and traditional dosing technologies take approximately 16 minutes to fill up these machines. The RapidFill unit can fill up the same auto scrubber in as little as 4 minutes. Fill time is reduced up to 75%.

Features & Benefits:

- The unit consists of the following main components: a SuperDos 20 Water-Driven Pump (WDP), a dispensing nozzle, a cabinet to house the WDP and fasten it to the wall, and fluid conveyance connections
- The unit can handle up to 15 GPM (56 LPM) flow substantially decreasing the time required to fill an auto scrubber by up to 75%
- The dilution ratio range is 1:20 to 1:1000. The correct SuperDos 20 unit will be chosen based off the exact dilution ratio
- Backflow prevention and filtration options are offered if needed by the end user
- The WDP is housed inside a cabinet that offers private label branding opportunities and protection from unwanted dilution adjustments
- Contains a hose and nozzle system 10 ft. (3 meter) long, 1/2? (12.7 mm) in diameter, which allows for adequate length to fill up auto scrubber away from the RapidFill unit
- The size of the wall mountable unit is approximately 23 inches (58 cm) tall and 16 inches (41 cm) wide

Notes:

- RapidFill comes with a solid white cabinet (also pictured); the clear cabinet shown is just for illustration purposes
- The unit operates down to 10 GPM (38 LPM) and up to 15 GPM (56 LPM)
- The unit must be connected to a 3/4? (19 mm) water inlet line and achieve a static pressure of 55 psi (3.8 bar) to reach at least 10 GPM (38 LPM), which results in 40 psi dynamic pressure
