How do I set up an account?
Anyone can create an account on Worldwide Janitor by clicking the “My Account” link at the top right of the page, then the “Sign Up” button under the “New Customers” heading.
Do you offer Net 30 or credit accounts?
No, we do not offer credit accounts of any kind. All orders must be paid for prior to processing. If your company needs to pay by check or ACH, there is a payment option for “Check / Money Order” that you can select during checkout. Once payment is received, the order will be processed. Contact us for ACH details.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders for over $500, BUT the PO must be paid for prior to us processing the order. We will put the purchase order through our website and contact you for a payment method.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we do not offer free shipping. Most of the products we sell are big and / or heavy, so rather than build the shipping costs into the product price, we charge it as a separate line item. For orders over $40, the shipping price you are quoted is actually discounted to less than what we pay. This helps to alleviate the “sticker shock” of actual shipping costs.
Can you provide a quote for us?
For orders over $500, we can do a formal quote if you provide the full ship-to and bill-to customer information.
All of our prices are published on our website, and there is a shipping estimator in our shopping cart.
Customers can actually create their own quotes by placing the order through our website and selecting “Check / Money Order” as the payment method. This will create an order that is pending payment, which is the same thing as a quote. We will not process the order unless we receive payment.
How much is shipping?
To find the shipping cost for your order, add the products to the shopping cart, and click the “Estimate Shipping” button at the bottom left. A popup window will open where you can select your state and enter your zip code for a shipping estimate. You will be able to choose the cheapest option at checkout.
