Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order at anytime up until the order ships, and you will receive a full refund. This does not apply to private labeled or custom blended orders, which are non refundable. Once your order has shipped, the cancellation will fall under out return policy here.

Do you have a product showroom?

No. At the present time we do not have a showroom or location where customers can view products prior to ordering them.

Do you have a pickup location?

No. At the present time we are a mail and freight order company only. We can only fulfill orders that are being shipped to other locations, and we can deliver locally.

Do you do custom blending?

Yes, we can custom blend most chemical and powdered products in our store for our customers. Contact us to submit your inquiry. There is a minimum order quantity for custom blending, that is around 60 gallons for liquid products.

Do you do private labeling?

Yes, we can arrange private labeling for most of our chemical products. There is a minimum order quantity of about 60 gallons for any privately labeled products. You can expect 3-7 days of additional time for private label order fulfillment.

What is a Hazmat Shipment?

If an item in your shopping cart is classified as a hazardous material by the Dept. of Transportation (DOT), then UPS charges an additional “hazmat fee” to the shipment. Currently that fee is $35, and your shopping cart will automatically add it into your shipping quote, with the notification in red that a “Hazmat fee” is included.
