Product Description
A unique industrial-strength chemical cleaner and degreaser concentrate that contains a neutral 7 pH rating. The neutral pH means that it does not contain acidic or high alkaline properties and thus is gentle for finishes that require a balanced cleaner.

Theoretical Coverage: Coverage will vary depending on the dilution rate.
ALWAYS TEST ON SURFACES PRIOR TO APPLICATION!
Limitations: Apply in good weather when air and surface temperature are above 45 F. and surface temperature is at least 5 F. above the Dew Point. For optimum application properties, materials should be between 70-90 F. prior to application. Maintain unused material in closed containers in protected storage at 40-90 F out of direct sunlight.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Always test before application
1. Dilute according to need on job.
Light Cleaning: 1 part EnviroClean to 20-30 parts water.
Normal Cleaning: 1 Part Enviro Clean to 10-20 Parts water.
Heavy Cleaning: 1 Part Enviro Clean to 5-10 Parts water.
Extra Duty Cleaning: 1 Part Enviro Clean to 1-5 Parts water.
Grease Removal: Use Enviro Clean straight.
Steam Cleaning: 1 part Enviro Clean to 100 parts water.
2. On concrete, agitate surface using a stiff nylon brush, broom or rotating concrete scrubber and a 3000 psi pressure washer.
3. Power wash away all dirt and remaining Enviro Clean NP 7 Degreaser and rinse well.
4. Repeat on any stubborn stains scrubbing with a stiff nylon bristle brush. Pressure wash with minimum 3000 psi. Manufacturer recommends OSHA Compliance chemical gloves, eye protection and rubber boots. Rinse everything with plenty of water. Rinse equipment immediately after use.
