The "TEMP-SURE" is mounted to the side of dishmachine, not requiring any of your valuable kitchen space. The "TEMP-SURE" provides an additional 40 degrees of temperature rise to your incoming dishmachine water supply, which will help prevent your existing water supply source from being over burdened. Have "PEACE OF MIND" that proper dishware sanitation is taking place and preventing health risks. The "TEMP-SURE" can be built-in at the factory, or it can be purchased separately with a field kit for field installation. The "TEMP-SURE" requires a separate 208-230v 3 phase or 208-240v 1 phase.

Free Standing Installation:
A. Plumbing:
- Turn the master switch and wall breaker to "OFF" position (see No. 1).
- Detach dishmachine from city water supply at gate valve (see No. 2).
- Remove nipple and street elbow between water solenoid and vacuum breaker by turning gate valve and water solenoid as a unit (see No. 3).
- Install double street elbow to the vacuum breaker and water solenoid (see No. 4).
- Connect the double street elbow ports as shown (see No. 4 & 5). The source water coming in must be connected to the inlet of the booster heater and the outlet of the booster heater must feed the dishmachine.
- Re-attach dishmachine to city water supply.
Note: Water Supply Must Be Minimum 100 F.
- Adjust booster heater thermostat to desired water temperature.
B. Electrical - 3 Phase Connection
- Connect a dedicated 208/240 volt, 3-phase power source with appropriate current protection to terminals L1, L2 and L3 on the heater contactor and connect ground wire (see No. 6).
Note: Connect Line With Highest Voltage To L2 Terminal.
- Single Phase Connection. Connect a dedicated 240 volt, single- phase power source with appropriate current protection to terminals L1 and L3 on the heater contactor and connect the ground wire (see No. 6).
No. 1:Installation must comply with all local electrical and plumbing codes.
No. 2: Booster heater must be filled with water before connecting removed wire to high limit switch.
