Seal Finish Floor Sealer & Finish, 5 Gallon Pail
Seal dirt, grease, grime out of your floor and restore your floor's natural colors. Designed to be used as a base coat to provide worn and damaged floors a smooth surface for floor finish application or as a stand-alone finish coat. Compatible with all water-based finishes.

Directions:
Completely remove all old finish, sealer, and soil from the floor surface following stripping procedure instructions on floor stripper label. Rinse floor thoroughly. Floor surface must be clean, dry, and free of residue before Seal Finish is applied. Apply sealer in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean finish mop or floor finish applicator. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 to 30 minutes. Two coats of sealer are recommended.
Seal Finish can be used as a finish coat; however, for a better shine, increased protection and easier maintenance, we recommend the application of 2-4 coats of floor finish that best fits your maintenance program.
Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds James Machine 0.5 minimum.
