First time trying it and was surprised on how well the floors turned out. There is a learning curse on applying it so you don't have missed areas. Make sure you have good lighting and use a rayon mop head. Best to use a painting flood light. Dries fast with only minor fumes. Using it for nursing home resident rooms, dining room and many other areas.
