Product Description

A fluid applied cleaner that micro etches and removes efflorescence and rust stains from concrete, masonry, brick and block surfaces. Low odor and is non-corrosive to skin. It is safe to use indoors and outside.

TYPICAL USES: For industrial, commercial and residential use on sidewalks, driveways, buildings, floors, ramps, brick pavers, stucco, cinder block or any masonry surface that has efflorescence.

Enviro Etch acts is the perfect concrete cleaner to prepares surfaces to receive other coatings and stains such as the Trojan Color Sealer. It does this by cleaning and opening up the pores of the surface so that coatings can better bond to the surface and stains can adequately absorb into concrete.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES: Enviro Etch is non-corrosive to skin, water soluble, safe to use indoors as it has very low odor and will not harm or deteriorate masonry surfaces when used properly.

Note: This product is corrosive to aluminum. Do not get this product on aluminum or other soft metals

Method: Spray, roll or wipe
Theoretical Coverage: 250-300 square feet per gallon

Application Instructions:
Limitations: Apply in good weather when air and surface temperature are above 45 F. and surface temperature is at least 5 F. above the Dew Point. For optimum application properties, materials should be between 70-90 F. prior to application. Maintain unused material in closed containers in protected storage at 40-90 F out of direct sunlight. Non-corrosive to skin. Corrosive to aluminum and other soft metals.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Always test before application
1. Remove all dirt, oil, grease, paint and biological growth using one of Envirosafe's many cleaning products before starting application. Allow surface to dry
2. Spray on an even coat of Enviro Etch using a garden type sprayer. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes to work. Use a stiff bristle brush to agitate area and remove any loose debris.
3. Pressure wash area with pressure washer or a strong spray from hose. (Pressure washer does a much better job more quickly)
4. Allow area to dry and inspect to see if any spots need a second application. Re-apply only in those areas that need a second application. Rinse thoroughly as in Step 3.

Storage: Maintain unused product in covered containers out of direct sun in protected storage at 40-90 deg F.
