Tannin Stain Remover is a low pH spot remover effective against stains from coffee, tea, rust, blood, oxidized organic residues and contains a specific grease removing agent to remove oily soils. In addition, Tannin Spot Remover will not brown carpeting as alkaline based spotters can.

Directions
Pretest for colorfastness. Spray Tannin Stain Remover on an inconspicuous area. Blot with cloth. If no bleeding of color occurs, proceed with application.
For Stain/Spot Cleaning Removal -Apply Tannin Stain Remover directly to spot, lightly agitate with a carpetspotting brush until the spot dissolves. Blot with a clean, terry cloth towel, working from the outside toward the center. Repeat if necessary, then rinse thoroughly with water and blot dry. Do not over saturate.
For The Prevention Of Browning After Cleaning - Dilute Tannin Stain Remover at 4 oz. per gallon of water and spray carpet immediately after shampooing or extraction cleaning operation.
For The Treatment Of Browning After Cleaning - Dilute Tannin Stain Remover at 4 oz. per gallon of water and spray directly on carpet in areas where browning has developed or is developing. Perform spotting procedure as in directions.
Pretreatment Prior To Extraction Or Shampooing - Follow spotting dilution above. Pretest as stated above. Remove furniture and vacuum carpet completely.
Apply Tannin Spot Remover to carpet with a pump sprayer or similar device, treating major traffic areas. Allow product to dwell up to 10 minutes and continue with the extraction or shampooing.
