Directions
Ensure that the floor has been completely stripped of all old finish, scrubbed or cleaned. Follow stripping procedure from the Simoniz Floor Care Manual. The floor should be completely dry before applying the first coat and all subsequent coats. Apply in thin coats, evenly. If the floor is old or in poor condition, two coats of Simoniz? Super Sealer are recommended. On unsealed floors, apply 4 coats. On cleaned or scrubbed floors apply as needed. Be sure to use a different mop for stripping, sealing and finish. Allow 24 hours for curing before burnishing. For superior results, use with regular weekly UHS burnishing with an aggressive pad.
