Directions
To seal and protect floors, use a minimum of three coats. For optimum gloss, seal with two coats of Simoniz Ura Seal. Prior to applying finish, make sure that the floor has been completely stripped of all old finish. This can be accomplished by using a Simoniz stripper. Follow stripping procedure from the Simoniz Floor Care Manual. Apply this product to a dry floor that has been stripped, scrubbed or cleaned. Apply evenly in thin coats. On cleaned and scrubbed floors apply as necessary. Be sure to use a different mop for stripping, sealing and finishing. Allow 24 hours for curing before burnishing. Floors should be dusted and damp mopped on a regular basis to keep a long lasting shine.
