Product Description
A urethane fortified coating for sealing and finishing unpainted concrete floors. This unique polymer-urethane formulation fills in the porous surface of concrete, allowing for easier cleaning and maintenance, while providing shine for an attractive appearance. Minimizes dusting of the concrete.

Directions
For best results, the floor should be cleaned and degreased with Z-100,Super X-100 or acid washed with Simoniz? HD Concrete Cleaner prior to sealing. Rinse and allow floor to dry completely before applying sealer. Use a mop,
roller or brush to apply the sealer over the area to be sealed and let dry completely. A minimum of 2-3 coats are generally needed to completely protect the floor. The floor should be sealed periodically (depending on traffic) to maintain detergent resistance and to allow for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
